We help you shape the overall vision, find and manage your venue and vendor team, create the timeline and budget, coordinate logistics and guide you through the planning process all the way to your wedding day.

On-the-Day Coordination is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding themselves but want an experienced local team to take over closer to the celebration. We familiarise ourselves with all the details, coordinate with your vendors, manage the timeline and logistics on the day, and make sure everything comes together as planned.

In both cases, our goal is the same: to make sure you can be fully present and enjoy your wedding, without worrying about what is happening behind the scenes.

As part of our luxury planning service, we handle full guest logistics. This includes coordinating VIP airport/port transfers, private chauffeurs, luxury accommodation bookings, and curating custom island itineraries or bespoke welcome gifts for your guests.
